When are your offices open?

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 7 a.m.  to 6 p.m.  and on the Weekends we are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What services do you offer?

Residential moving, packing, unpacking as well as commercial (office relocation)

Is this company registered?

Yes, we are a registered company in Kenya under the Company act.

How do you charge for moving?

Charges are not fixed and they depend on the size of the house, the distance of relocation and if you have dishes. However, do not worry because our agent will always visit the house prior to moving and give an estimate.

What is the moving process?

Step 1: When you contact us, we will come to the site (house or office) and survey it.

Step 2: After surveying the place, we will go and respond to you with the price within few hours.

Step 3:  If you accept the price, we will agree on the date of the move.

Step 4: On the due date, we will come and pack your items, then load them on the van or lorry. Then we will drive to your new place, unpack the items and organize them for you.

How is the payment made?

You can make the payment via Mpesa, cash or bank deposit.

When is the payment done?

You are supposed to pay 70% of the money prior to moving.  Then the remaining 30% will be paid after we have completed the work.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we provide you with the packing materials if you want to pack for yourself.

Are the charges inclusive of the packing or unpacking?

Yes. Pasa Movers is the most straightforward company when it comes to charges. We will never charge you extra unless stated in the contract.

Do you pack and organize the house as it was before packing or moving?

Yes, we do all the moving, packing and unpacking for you. You do not need to do anything. We have experts who can do everything just for you.

Are my items insured?

No, the items are not insured and thus we are not responsible for any loss that may happen due to natural causes such accidents, floods or earthquakes.

However, we pay the customer in case a product of their get lost in the process of moving due to negligence or error from one of our staff. However, we ask you to be patient with us as we are human too. Human is to error.

What do I do when I have a dispute?

If there is an issue please try calling our offices or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel a move?

Yes, you can cancel a move but it must be done 7 hours prior to the moving time. Any cancellation of the move or 6 hours before the move shall be fine at 40% of the total charges.
